2. Acceptance
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
3. Products and product information
Seoul Grace offers beauty and personal-care products for sale in the United Arab Emirates. Product names, descriptions, prices, availability and other information are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Product packaging, instructions, warnings and other information supplied with a product must be read and followed. Nothing on the website is medical advice or a diagnosis.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in AED. Any applicable delivery charge or other charge is shown before you submit your order. Payment is made by bank card through the payment method made available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the card used for the order.
5. Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when Seoul Grace confirms it. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund any amount already charged for that order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, the order contains an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided. This does not affect your mandatory rights under applicable UAE law.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Orders are scheduled for delivery within a maximum of 24 hours from order placement. Delivery may be affected by an inaccurate or inaccessible address, the recipient being unavailable, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before payment.
7. Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right under applicable UAE law.

9. Website use and intellectual property
The website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Seoul Grace and its licensors retain all rights in the website content, branding and materials, except for third-party rights.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or a purchase made through the website.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when necessary. The version displayed on the website applies from its stated update date. A change does not affect an order already accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
