1. Delivery area

Seoul Grace delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Delivery time

Orders are scheduled for delivery within a maximum of 24 hours from order placement. Delivery depends on the delivery address being complete and accessible and on the recipient being available to receive the order.

3. Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge is shown before payment and forms part of the order total. No additional logistics or payment charge will be imposed unless it was clearly disclosed before the order was submitted.

4. Delivery information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a telephone number that can be used by the delivery provider. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is inaccurate or inaccessible or the recipient is unavailable, delivery may need to be rearranged.

5. Delays and consumer rights

If delivery is delayed or the products received do not correspond to the announced description or condition, please contact contact@seoulgrace.ae as soon as possible. Mandatory rights under applicable UAE law remain unaffected, including applicable rights relating to defective, incomplete, damaged, incorrectly described or unreasonably delayed goods.
